I tagged along with Nate Kensinger this morning on an Open House New York tour of the old Farley Post Office Building across from Madison Square Garden. If things work out, the building will one day become Moynihan Station, restoring some of the architectural glory we lost when the first Penn Station was destroyed. I put up a larger set at Gothamist, but here are a few of my favorites in higher-resolution.
Seeing these reminded me of the old hallways I found up at HUnter college... http://www.flickr.com/photos/lowerwestsidenyc/4368192980/in/set-72157623335964379
