May 8, 2003: What I've been drinking
I was out with J last night and I asked him how often he goes out drinking. He said once every fifteen days. I think he was being modest, but still- it begs the point: how often should I really be going out? I mean, I've got at least three full time jobs- can I really afford to go out for drinks every night? I don't mean the money. I mean the sleep. Damn that Jennifer Chung- she has led me down the path to ruin.
Monday: The Scratcher- 1 Guinness
Tuesday: Merc Bar- 3 Screwdrivers
Wednesday: Sweet and Vicious, Welcome to the Johnsons, Max Fish- 3 Screwdrivers.
Thursday: The Magician, A/K/A Cafe: 1 Screwdriver, 1 glass of Chianti
*Update- Friday: Mindy's friends apartment, The Magician: 1 glass of vodka fruit punch, 1 ginger ale
*Update- Saturday: Firefighter loft party, 8 Mile Creek: 1 Screwdriver, 1 Australian Cosmopolitan

just to clarify- the 15 days applied only to weekdays... (i'd say i go out drinking on a weeknight maybe once every other week) weekends have been pretty much nonstop substance abuse recently. and of course "out drinking" refers to when i go "out" and drink, so it's not counting all the shit i drink while in my apartment. but they've got statistics to prove everything- 43% of people know that, kent.
