Over the winter the city built a new pedestrian path on the Williamsburg Bridge. Skating under its bright red beams, I'm always overcome by the insane one point perspective you see looking up the path.
Wow, That bridge is alot cooler after they renovated it and all.
yeah- but i did like the old rickety path on the south side of the bridge with no fence- just you and the water.
some days I feel like that big pinkish red ramp is too loud and obnoxious and makes the bridge look like a beautiful woman wearing a ridiculous wig that's not even close to looking real. but the more I look at it, the more it reminds me of Parc de la Villette and how cool I think Paris is. then I stop complaining.
