Bluejake

I'd already been to the aquarium a few times, so I decided to take the 17 mile drive around the peninsula instead. Lots of scenic overlooks and tourists milling about- the solitary cypress tree people are always talking about wasn't solitary at all- there were like five buses of Japanese tourists snapping pictures from every angle. The main draw is the Pebble Beach golf course, which I skipped- I was hungry and Santa Cruz was a good hour's drive away.
