November 2, 2003: A Night in the Life, Part 7
Tonight I made my way down to the piers along the edge of Williamsburg and Greenpoint- down on the end of Grand Street, Java Street, Manhattan Avenue. Sitting there, everything felt amazingly peaceful and quiet. On the Grand Street piers, some Orthodox guys were playing mournful Eastern European music. All in all, a perfect end to the project.
