November 4, 2003: Under the influence

Jake, under the influence, January 1, 1997

Just my luck! I've only ever been under the influence of an illegal drug twice, once when I ate a couple of marijuana laced brownies at a New Year's Party on January 1, 1997, and once when I had half a toke on a joint when I turned 21. How is it possible that the first incident was captured on video, and this video has now surfaced on the Internet? I mean, there's no way I'm getting elected president now.
