November 18, 2003: Pearl River Macro 1
Without a tripod, it is impossible to take good macro pictures with the Canon G2. I suppose a ringlight would help- but it seems like a bit much to carry around. In the future I may have to restrict my macro experiments to the apartment- where I can build a nice setup with a steady light source. Of course, how many close-ups of my action figure collection do people really want to see?
