March 14, 2004: Seattle 2

Today I woke up, checked email for awhile at the hotel, and then drove back into town for seven or eight hours of sightseeing. I tried to do it all: Pike's Market, the whole Space Needle area, the Gas Works, The Lochs, West Seattle, the piers. I ate lunch at this great little grill in the market, and dinner back at the fancy part of Ivar's on the water. All in all, a nice introduction to a nice little city. I wonder when I'll be back!

Be sure to keep at least three cups of $3 coffee in you at all times for an authentic Seattle experience. Also you should pick up a sub pop Sampler CD ( http://www.subpop.com/ ) and a copy of The Stranger ( http://www.thestranger.com/ ) to complete the deal.
green grass? oh my god, it's been sooo long...I am completely envious right now.
That's got to be the Windows XP hill. Nice Space Needle shot.
Great pictures of Gasworks and I also like the picture of the Sound with the Olympics in the background.
i spy emp.
Which of your cameras did you use to take these photos. (I'm planning to buy my first digi-cam when in New York in a few weeks). Thanks!
Salmon, salmon, salmon, salmon!
Do the fish in Seattle talk?
That Gasworks picture is a beaut. Looks like you got good weather there. Seattle is the ideal place to visit for a few days until you realize that nothing actually, y'know, happens there.
Gasworks park is a very pretty EPA superfund site.
I like your photo work!
I wonder what camera do you use for the photographs?
