Bluejake

Have I mentioned the food in Hawaii? I've only recently gotten turned on to the pleasures of seafood- but I ate fish nearly every day for two weeks. Fish tacos in the afternoon for lunch- I prefer the kind with just the Mahi strips and a little salsa and lettuce- no guac or cheese (obviously). If you like that sort of thing, I'd try out any of the great restaurants in the Duke's franchise. At night, I usually went with the Mahi or the Ahi- all the resorts had these fancy restaurants which liked to go heavy on the sauce, so as a precaution I always asked for it on the side.
