Bluejake

I am a huge diorama fan. The best, of course, are at the American Museum of Natural History in New York, but these stuffed animals at the Field Museum in Chicago are also pretty good. I think there is something uniquely odd and human about killing an animal, skinning it, and then setting it up just like it looked when it was alive. [Related: AMNH1, AMNH2.]
