Bluejake

The other day I picked up a few new lenses, and they've already allowed me to take my cat photography to a whole new level. For instance, I bet you weren't aware of how goopy Thompson's eyes can get- those kinds of details are only visible at telephoto ranges. Maybe one of these days I'll even go outside with my camera- we'll have to wait and see. [Unrelated: you may be getting the sense that the last couple of weeks of December are a slow time at Bluejake. There is some truth to that- it's too cold to do much exterior shooting, and you can only take so many pictures at holiday parties. I'm heading out for a month of travel tomorrow- so hopefully some of those pictures will liven things up around here.]
