January 15, 2005: 2003 Abstractions Revisited
In the middle of 2003, I did three series in my apartment that I'm still sort of proud of: Spirograph 1, Spirograph 2.2, and Food Coloring. A few months later I did the Fire series, but I'll revisit that in a few months.

That first shot reminds me of the water-and-oil "screen savers" used in movie theatres back in the early eighties (back before it was all commercials for Cingular and Coca-cola trivia games).
