February 1, 2005: Idiotarod 3
At one point during the Idiotarod, I was shooting around, and I came up to one of the teams. I was chatting with the girl about their rig, and then I moved on to shooting one of her teammates- some douchebag in football padding. I was about to take a picture when he got all up in my face- "yo- you have to ask first, biatch!" So I was like "can I take your picture, biatch?" And he was like "No- screw off, biatch!" And then I left. But thinking back on it, I don't think you should have much of an expectation of privacy when you are standing under the Brooklyn Bridge in football padding and clown makeup. Sorry, biatch.

Legally you can take their picture if they are out in public.
Unfortunately, there's no law against being an asshole. Biatch.
