October 1, 2005: Agora Redux

The nice people at Sens invited me back to take a few more pictures at their Agora performance in the McCarren Pool in Brooklyn. I got to go up on top of the arch, where they were doing the lighting-- super spooky. I can't imagine what it must have been like without lights and covered in graffiti, totally abandoned after 20 years. I really enjoyed the dance-- unfortunately, without using flashes or a super-fast zoom, it's hard to capture the dancers while they are actually dancing. So please enjoy these shots of the location, and go to the last performance of Agora tonight to see the dancers in motion.
