Bluejake

Tomorrow morning we're shipping out to Vietnam. Twenty-five hours of travel by way of Tokyo, and then, as Max Fischer would say, we'll be deep in the shit for two weeks. Thuy left last night-- we're meeting up with her in Saigon on Monday. She'll play travel guide, since she speaks the language and has family in-country. I'll be bringing my laptop-- high-speed internet access is surprisingly available at most of the places we're staying. Still, things around here might be pretty quiet through March 4th. Wish us luck-- and if you've been to Vietnam, any tips or advice would be much appreciated. Also, don't try to break into my apartment while I'm gone to steal my cat-- he's going to be well-guarded around-the-clock.
