Bluejake

I was biking in Bushwick this weekend and on the way back, found myself in that triangle of streets between Flushing and Broadway. It's still feels pretty empty and abandoned down there, but you definitely get the sense of development closing in from the edges. On the Southeast side of the neighborhood, there's a massive Pfizer factory that just closed down-- rumor has it that it's next on the list for condo-conversion.
