April 20, 2007: Live Your Dream
This is along Kent or Franklin in Greenpoint. I like the "live your dream" graf. My dream is to find a light mac-friendly Photoshop CS plugin that corrects lens distortion. I haven't found anything as good as PTlens for Windows, and it's driving me nuts-- the little Canon SD550 I have has some major curvature issues, even halfway zoomed.

I don't think the lens distortion is such a problem in this picture per se, but I personally think it could stand to be rotated like .5 degrees.
On the other hand, thanks for letting me know about PTlens--I didn't know about it.

Your photos are just great!
My little Canon SD600 has the same problem. I love the camera because it's so small and portable, but those curved lines make me nuts. I haven't yet tried to use any software to straighten them.
