April 21, 2007: A Shack in Bushwick
You don't see too many shacks or sheds or little garages any more in the developed parts of Brooklyn-- land is just too expensive for that kind of use. But if you go a little further out towards the periphery, you can find some wonderful wooden structures-- this one happens to be down by Morgan Avenue in Bushwick. Note the "Jesus Saves" piece and the poster of the bull's head.

That shack is awesome. I used to live on Moore St, just a block and a half away from this, and would pass it every time I came home late on the L train (which was every night).
