This spot in LES had gone to the dogs for awhile-- marketing posters had covered up all the street art, and the artists were staying away. But recently it's been making a bit of a resurgence-- we'll see if it lasts-- a second high-rise is joining the Blue building right at the end of block-- and that means gentrification and wall-cleaning can't be far behind.
