This is from inside that giant, half-destroyed building on Bedford and North 3rd. On Saturday, as part of the PsyGeoConflux, the Cutup group staged an installation and party in the massive basement on the north side of the site. Apparently the lot is going to be turned-- wait for it-- into another Williamsburg condo project. Surprisingly, Curbed says the project will only rise 5-7 stories, which is a welcome change from the 40-story monstrosities going up along Kent and the south side of McCarren Park.
