November 20, 2007: City Hall Windows

City Hall Windows

My brother (in-law) Eric lives on Frischman Street in Tel Aviv, right around the corner from Kikar Rabin, the main square. The neighborhood, like most of the others in the city, is filled with Bauhaus buildings in varying states of decay. The square, however, is dominated by the modernist City Hall, with its strangely arresting grid of windows.
