Bluejake

The winter light in Los Angeles is dramatic-- for most of the afternoon, the sun sweeps across the wide streets and shines directly on the buildings. It's almost impossible to see if you're walking or driving into the light, and around corners and in the shade, the darkness seems twice as deep it should. Weird stuff.
