Bluejake

Karen and Thuy dragged me to a Calypso factory sale yesterday. That's pretty much my idea of torture-- except for the fact that the factory turned out to be next to the massive Sunnyside Railyards in Long Island City. While they shopped, I took a tour around the edge of the yard. It's got to be one of the last great open spaces left in Queens-- certainly the only one that's being used for industrial purposes.
