November 11, 2008: An Old Factory on Newtown Creek
On Friday, Nate Dorr and I took a great tour of some factories on Newtown Creek. The sky was overcast when we arrived at 8am, and it just got worse through the morning, but I think that kind of light brings out good colors. After checking out a few buildings on the Greenpoint side, we crossed the Creek and ended up a beautiful complex off Review Avenue, right on the water.

Wondering if at any time walking around in these desolate areas around Queens/Brooklyn, do you ever feel unsafe at all?
