Bluejake

The hike around Point Dume is pretty easy-- you walk right up the hill, circle the cliffs, and then come back down. But this time we decided to try to hike around the base of the rocks, which turned out to be a deceptively difficult quarter mile scramble over broken rocks and steep cliffs. This stretch of rock is right behind a secluded beach-- I'm not sure if that white stuff is salt or bird poo.
