Restricted Area in Sunset Park

I took a walk with Sam and Nate down by the Sunset Park piers yesterday. Behind the Costco the city is demolishing a set of warehouses— the exterior of the buildings had long since gone feral, and it looked like nothing had been stored inside for several years.
